It Works Global Review - A Good Read

Does It Work At All?
When thinking about any MLM system, whether it’s ‘It Works Global’ or some other system, you really have to stop and have a look at the products being sold, as much as you do the network marketing system being offered; so that’s what we’re going to start with.

Why look at the products first? Well, this is something that many new marketers forget about completely, and it’s a basic mistake to make. Just think about it for a moment; no matter how good the compensation is you aren’t going to make a penny if the product isn’t any good, and nobody wants to buy it, right?

‘It Works Global’ do seem to have done their homework on the product front, by picking the health and beauty products, because this is one area that always seems to sell well, even when there is a slow economy to contend with. The price of the products do seem a little high – and with so many people taking a cut it’s not too surprising – but the health and beauty products industry has always been known for its high prices, and even higher profit margins; so even that doesn’t seem too out of line.

The products include skin care; supplements; body slimming, including the It works body wrap; and the interestingly named Fit Works, which is a personal development and interactive weight loss program that’s run online. Unlike some MLM programs that have surfaced over the years, this does have a number of products that people would be willing to pay for on a regular basis. So the business side must be worth a look at too, right?

When it comes to the company itself, things look good here, too. It Works Global, the company, are debt free – and not everyone can say that these days – and it has been in the network marketing field since 2001. In fact, as recently as 2008/2009 it was picked in the Best of Grand Rapids Awards for marketing programs services.

Everything seems fine when it comes to the products, and the It Works Global Company. So, what’s a review without some negative aspects to point out? That’s right, it’s a glowing testimonial. Seeing as you’re looking for proper It Works reviews, let’s have a look at some of the areas where It Works Global may not be the right move for you; shall we?

If you’re looking at a cheap way of getting into MLM, then, at $199 for the business builder’s kit, this may not be your jumping off point; but even this isn’t a real negative. (ask me how to make up to $615 in your first 2 weeks, that will cover your start up and more!) There are a lot of people starting out who are never going to really take it seriously; they spend a little bit of money, maybe make a sale to a relative, and then give it all up as an internet scam; even though it’s far from that. Because this involves a bit more money at the start, it’s going to weed out the people who aren’t committed and that can only be good for you; if you referred them in the first place.

OK, what about the fact that many people won’t make money from MLM; It Works Global’s fault, right? Well, no. The training is certainly there, but people are always anxious to get started. We rush into things without taking the time to do the proper training; that doesn’t work for a ‘conventional job’ so what makes people think it will work for this?

Just knowing how to market online may get you some of the way to making money with It Works Global, but it isn’t going to be enough. You may actually have to talk to someone, not initially, but there can be times when you have to talk to people, and that’s started to become a dying art for many of us. Not only do you need to know about the products and the company, you have to know about your clients, too. This is one of those mad online things where building relationships can mean sales, and that means you’re earning.

This isn’t turning out to be much of a ‘warts and all’ expose when it comes to It works reviews, is it?
Ah yes, what about the compensation, surely that’s where the whole system’s a little weak, right?
Well, you earn $100 commission (Fast Start) for each new business builder enroll by you in your team, who goes on to place an autoship order, and then enrols two new distributors, all within thirty days. It sounds complicated, but considering that most of these people should be highly motivated, it doesn’t seem out of reach.

The actual commission – where most of your money will come from – seems alright, too.

Retail - 20-50% of order any level
Distributor – Level 1(15%), Level 2 (15%)
Executive – Same as Distributor + Level 3 (10%)
Ruby Exec – Same as Executive + Level 4 (10%)
Emerald – Same as Ruby Exec + Level 5 (10%) + Level 6 (5%)

The higher up the ranks you go, the lower down the ranks you’ll be getting money coming in from.
So, what’s the final verdict with this less than scathing of, It Works reviews? As much as I’d like to be one of those nasty reviewers that seem to slither their way on to a TV set near you, I can’t fault this as much as I’d like so as to make this a ‘nasty’ review. The products are good (It works body wrap) the prices aren’t out of line with other products in the industry, and the start price weeds out the ‘too lazy to do it for themselves’ people.

All in all, the added incentive of the compensation and bonuses just adds to the appeal of It Works Global; so, get started today, because the money’s out there.
