Q: I am a new Distributor and am searching for other Distributors in my area, how do I find them?
A: On the left side of our It Works! Global facebook fan page there is a “discussions” tab where Distributors who wish to be contacted have published their information.
Q: I missed a conference call; can I listen to a replay?
A: YES! If you go to our website: www.itworks.net calls will be under “Calendar of Events” for 30 days after the call took place. Within 24 hours of the call the replay will be uploaded and can be heard if you click “view webcast”. After 30 days the replay will be moved to Events Archive.
Q: Is it okay to use the It Works product line while pregnant or breast feeding?
A: We recommend that you print the ingredient lists and check with your doctor if you have any concerns about which of the It Works products are right for you. Here is a list of products that are safe for pregnant and nursing women:

Q: When is the best time to use an Applicator?
A: We recommend applying the Applicator after you have showered so your pores are open to absorb the gel in the Applicator.
Q: How long do the results of the Applicator last?
A: Everyone is different, but typically the results of 1 applicator last 2-6 months.
Q: I am a new Distributor, how should I get started?
A: First, contact your up-line; they are there to teach you the tips to their success! We also always recommend BLITZING, and calling some friends and having a wrap party!
Q: Can I change the date of my autoship?
A: If you or your Distributor want to change the date of your autoship, you can call Customer Service and they can change it for you.
Q: I am on prescription medication; can I still use It Works products?
A: All of our products are made with the highest quality ingredients, but if you are on any other medications we recommend that you print out the ingredient list and contact your doctor.
Q: Am I allowed to advertise my business on Craigs List, EBay, or other related sites?
A: No, in order to maintain the integrity of the company and the products It Works does not allow self promotion on these websites.
